Keywordtopia
I have recently discovered a keyword that has 7,000 searches per month and absolutely no competition. I am still obviously new to all of this, so I was wondering, how good is that? allow me to overcomplicate things by putting it this way. on a scale of 1 to awesome i would say that it's... 7 :) that's just me, let me know what you think! Opinions are welcome, along with ice cream, bacon, and leather jackets.

Are you asking or are you bragging?
"I am still obviously new to all of this" - You didn't just fall off the turnip truck ... and neither did I.
You may be relatively new - not sure 'bout that - but your previous blogs and training submissions indicate a unique understanding of the process.
Always like to read your musings. Thanks for posting.
Scott, you're right, in that my understanding of SEO is good, but when it comes to anything else, and believe me i mean anything, i am poorly undereducated. pointers are appreciated
If it's exact match that is a good find. If not the exact match may not get a lot of searches. Also check the keyword in Google instant to see if it shows up. If it does that's a good indication people are searching for it.
Fantastic as long as you can apply it to an affiliate product. If so, I would be all over it. Good luck.

Cool, sounds good. I'm findings some in this category of awesomeness too, no bacon, ice cream or leather jackets, sorry bout that. Did you find it using Jaaxy?
Unfortunately, mine doesn't involve bacon, ice cream or leather jackets either... only in my dreams.
No I didn't use Jaaxy, i haven't quite decided to fork out the cash yet, i used WA's free keyword tool. Do you think that it is accurate?
Not sure as to accuracy, I only use Jaaxy. Would have to try doing a comparison test using a few keywords I suppose. That'll be an interesting little statistical project I'll try soon. Maybe someone already has compared and could comment:)
