OK - I really meant 60 days, not 60 seconds! But now I have your attention...

I joined Wealthy Affiliate in May, 2015. Less than 5 months later, I have reached the Top 50 and my goal is to be an Ambassador before Christmas. (Actually - my rank has slipped in the last couple of days because I haven't been putting my own advice into practice, but it won't take me long to get back up there!)

I know there are many who have achieved this milestone faster and I salute them!

Admittedly, in the early stages, it's pretty easy to get your rank up (number down) and you can rapidly find yourself under 1000.

This training is just a few simple tips to help you to improve your ranking. Just so's you understand the system, the lower your rank number, the higher your rank. So if you are rank number 425,346 - that means you have just joined - it doesn't mean you are awesome :-) Actually, you are awesome, but you have a bit of work to do!

Hopefully, this will help. (There's no charge either)

P.S. For those of you who don't have kids under 12 - that's from Kung Fu Panda

No problems Tom! What is the definition of success...90% inspiration and only 10% perspiration...? We all need a little help along from time to time and it actually helped ME to determine what I was doing that was helpful to my own success...and what wasn't!

Hi Ellie,

Thank you for the topic. It motivated me to keep on Building and staying active in WA.
My personal problem is time. My interests are wide, loving to learn, passing on my knowledge. WA is ideal for it.

Bless you

You're welcome Yonah! And I am so sorry - I never did get back to you with some reviews of your sites! I was so interested in the Shabbat candles one. Are you Jewish? I love the Jewish customs - they are so steeped in millenia of history with God. I have been 'away' from WA for a short break - had a lot happening and had to prioritise somewhat.
Glad you were motivated by my training!
All the best to you

Hi Ellie, there's no harm done.
Actually I've started an even more greater passion site for me: torahlovers.siterubix.com ... and no, i'm not Jewish, a Messianic believer from the (other) nations. Follower of Yeshua (Jesus) HaMashiach (the Messiah).

Now I am really interested! What is the difference between a Messianic believer and follower of Yeshua and a Christian? I too, believe in Jesus as the Messiah. Is it just in the names or do you believe differently to a 'mainstream' Christian. I am genuinely interested.

As Messianic believers and "Talmidim" (Listeners of the Word - and following and act ing according to it) we put the words of scriptures (Torah, Psalms, prophets, b'rit Hadasha {NT}) high er than manmade tradition. Since there is no scriptural indication of 'Sunday service' or other so-called christian hollidays, we choose to follow the days and hollidays described in the Holy books (scrolls). We also believe that all man (including woman) are equal. No one is Ranked higher in authority than another.

Hello Yonah - thank you for explaining this. So you do follow the NT teachings as well? You follow 'Yeshua' - Jesus the Messiah. If I understand correctly - you are kind of a 'Gentile Jew' if that makes sense. You know - I don't think there is a great difference after all! We are what would be called 'fundamental' Christians and although we follow the tradition of 'Sunday service' as you call it, we don't subscribe to a belief in other 'traditional' Christian holidays such as Christmas and Easter. We believe in 'meeting' or gathering together (NT - 'forsake not the assembling of yourselves together) each day for prayer, worship and Bible study and we also meet early on Sunday 'Lordsday' for a 'breaking of bread' as mentioned in Acts (and the first day of the week, we being assembled to break bread)
It is interesting however, that the Jewish tradition of 'breaking of bread' was simply a custom that every family followed! I don't honestly believe that the mainstream Christian church 'communion' in any way mirrors the early Christian 'breaking of bread' in remembrance of Jesus' death on the cross.
Thank you for sharing and I look forward to more discussions if you wish.
Regards
Ellie

Interesting learned some new stuff...

So thank you, Ellie!

(But I like my icon too much, I have a picture of myself in my profile...)

That's totally fine!!! But I did find it improved MY rank when I updated from a totally unrelated ladybird, to a proper person. Then I added some extra pics and stuff too. As long as people can feel like they 'know' you, its fine whatever you use. If your icon is 'you' then that's really cool too!
