4. An upload image screen appears click the button browse for image.
5. Your default on your PC for where pictures are stored should appear, if you set your PC up righ.
6. Select your picture from those shown, it is best to pre-size it for the web with a good photo editor.

You should turn the photo in your photo editor before uploading and to delete? I think probably click on the image and press your delete key, but I did not want to delete any of mine so |I have not tried yet!

I just tried left click on the image within your profile then select the delete option from the pop up screen that appears.
