What if I Don’t have any Hobbies or Passions?

It’s true. Sometimes we have been so busy with supporting our family, working and such that we have stopped all other hobbies. So, there is another way to find a niche market that you would like to be involved with. ‘Do you have a favorite product?’

You can build a whole niche market around one product if you know how.

One may not immediately spring to mind but once you start building your website and business it will turn up.This happened to me.

As a musician, it was an obvious choice to start a website about playing guitar and after a year, I was happy with the income but I wanted another income stream. I was thrilled with the learning and hosting platform where I had my website, so I started another website to promote them. You see I’m passionate about helping women between the age of 30 and 70 to become financially free.

As the main caregiver's women are expected to have the children, do all the housework and meals, care for the parents and also work part or full-time. This doesn’t leave a lot of time or energy to build up Super for when they retire and the rate of homeless women over 50 is spiraling up every year. It was an easy decision to create a niche business to support women in their own online business. It’s a perfect environment for the clever nurturers in our world.

Where do I Start My Blog?

There are many hosting companies where you can start your website. Some charge a very small fee but keep in mind they also often don’t offer you much security or support. If you are brand new to blogging then you need a hosting company that offers more. Such as Security, technical support, education, and a friendly community. My pick is Wealthy Affiliate because you can start for free, try it out and the monthly fee is less than $50, which is amazing value.

It’s nice to know that technical support is available 24/7, they are watching your back security-wise. The friendly community has lots of successful people to help you and no pressure. You can grow at whatever pace you want to and work when you can.

This was quite helpful! I have a niche. It’s the desire to be cleaver and savvy so as to attract thousand of followers immediately !
In other words, there are so many ideas running through my brain, I can’t seem to quiet them down and be ok about just getting started. Geez!

I was the same way and in the end may have made the wrong choice. It doesn't matter, I can make it work for me. It just takes more research than something I knew about.

Very nice, Lily. Thank you, as I sometimes have that nagging feeling like I'm really interested in something else.
But while watching Jay, I think he "follows" the money.

That would be a good thing for more of us to learn how to do, right? Yes, and certainly you could like it for what it brings if you go all in, do your best and make that even better.
Your friend, and student,

Hi Suzay, I know what you mean. Do you choose a niche because you are interested in it even if you won't be able to monetize your posts?

I think we have to ask ourselves why we are creating a website, once we know that then this question is easier to answer.

Lovely to see you here my friend.

I've been thinking about becoming a writer for many years but I never got past the questions of "what would I write about? " and all the negative thoughts about " What do I know and who would listen to me anyways?" But since I became interested in Affiliate Marketing I learned ways to find that Niche and now that I have found it I have something to write about. Now it's just getting rid of the negative thoughts in my head and making it happen. The more I have learned from my studies the less negative thoughts in my head. Thank you for showing me this blog because now I know for sure I'm heading in the right direction.

That is great to hear Stacy. I had similar doubts when I started. Remember the knowledge you have someone will want to know.

You can do this Sarah. One step at a time. It's not a race and everything you need to build a business is in the lessons.
If you do start in the wrong niche for you, there is always the option to start another later when you understand more.

Lily you do Great work and I admire yiour Posts & Shares, but I sumwhat disagree with this one.

I Believe that the biggest Answer of All is PATIENCE!!! Which is probably very few Person's strong suit. Until you learn the process and how to use it, most people will not understand what has to be done to Publish 500 papers on one Subject/Niche. Theoretically there are other ways around that, that will suffice. Think of it this way, what if you were to write a letter to a friend 500 days in a row. Even with multitude of topics available it would be very difficult to keep thier attention. I've got to believe that PATIENCE & RESEACH after you understand the process will help you pick the most valuable Niche for every person. That is my take at this point.

It's great to hear your opinion Ed and I somewhat agree. My patience has been sorely tried on my journey and I do think it is one of the main factors why people give up. We all want it yesterday as that is the way this new world works. But we can't force it in a business.

I actually like doing research and that is a cornerstone of writing interesting posts, 500 of them!
Finding a niche that we like helps but isn't imperative.

Warm Regards,
Lily
