Evergreen / Sustainable / Lasting Markets

With these types of marketing niches, the Evergreen market can be the most profitable. This is because there is never a shortage of people looking for products and services to these Evergreen niches. There is absolutely no shortage when it comes to this niche.

Being that they all have a plethora of sub niches, makes them HIGHLY profitable without any saturation. These three apply to the basics in human needs and desires for a better way of life. The three most popular Evergreen market niches are as follows.

HEALTH

The first market is the HEALTH NICHE and this one is the most in demand of the three markets. Think about all of the many, many different products having to do with some aspect of becoming and staying healthy. People are now taking care of themselves.

Everyone is always looking for that better way to achieve a healthier body and lifestyle. And when you think about lifestyle changes that alone can open up many sub niches like Vaporizers and e-cigarettes, a popular way to help people quit smoking cigarettes.

Once you narrow down all of these niches and sub niches, you will find many that can make you big profits. And remember to narrow your niche down as far as possible when first starting, this way you can start narrow and always grow it to a broader niche later.

By doing this you will have a ton of stuff to write about and will not reach the end of your content writing for quite some time. Here is just the tip of the iceberg of examples that you can focus your HEALTH niche on that will help generate big profits for you.

  • Dieting Programs
  • Dieting Supplements and shakes
  • Vitamin and Herbal Supplements
  • Organic Foods and/or Non-GMO Produce
  • Gluten Free Foods for those with Celiac disease
  • Low Glycemic Foods for those with Diabetes
  • Fruit Smoothie Makers and Reipes
  • Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Juicers
  • Exercise Programs and Gym Memberships
  • Exercise Equipment like Treadmills, Free Weights, Stationary Bicycle,...
  • Nicotine Patches and Gum
  • Vaporizers, e-cigarettes, flavored cartridges, batteries and carrying cases
  • Plus Much More!

MAKE MONEY

The second market is the MAKE MONEY NICHE and this is almost as in demand as the Health niche. There are a ton of people looking to make money! Heck you are one yourself, otherwise you wouldn't be here at WA which is in the MMO niche.

MMO = Make Money Online. The niches available in the Make Money Niche are plentiful! Many of them, especially Affiliate Marketing, have many sub niches. Here are some examples of Make Money Niches, not all having to do with a form of internet marketing.

  • Affiliate Marketing (with millions of niches)
  • Network and Multi-Level Marketing
  • E-Commerce and Drop Shipping
  • Auctions like eBay and Etsy
  • Keyword Research Freelance Services on Fiverr
  • Freelance Content Writing
  • Freelance Blogging for other websites
  • Resume and Copywriting
  • Website Design, WA helps make that easy
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Flipping Domain Name Sales
  • Forex Trading
  • Plus many more!

ROMANCE

The third market is the ROMANCE NICHE and even though it is not as big as both the Health and Make Money niche markets, it is still a very popular niche that many seek help and advice in. You'll be surprised at the wide variety of products associated with romance.

Since the beginning of time, men and women have been trying to figure each other out, and find ways to win the hearts of the opposite sex. Many times an outside view on a particular romantic or relationship situation can help bring clarity to a problem at hand.

All you have to do is watch TV and you will see ads for all different kinds of dating websites like eHarmony, OkCupid, or Match. The Romance niche goes far beyond just dating sites with other things associated with expressing your love for someone.

  • Online Dating website memberships
  • Romance Tips
  • Counselling Services
  • Online Flowers like FTD or 1-800 Florals
  • Greeting Cards and Stuffed Animal Charms
  • Perfume/Cologne
  • Heart Pendant Jewelry and Rings
  • Romantic Getaway Trips and Tours
  • Candlelight Dinner Cruises
  • Massage & Spa Treatments
  • Dating Events
  • Lingerie and Adult Sex Toys
  • Plus much more!

You can even narrow these down more by making them gender specific. For example, your Romance Tips could be directed towards giving advice to men for a better dating experience with women and vice versa. Gender specific would also apply to Lingerie.

When choosing any of the Evergreen niches do not think they are too saturated because there are just too many variables and sub niches to choose from. Look at a niche and think of all the different aspects related to them. Often times this will reveal other ideas.

HI Boomergp08 I like this training. But I have a question if I narrow a niche a lot for example in the Video Games Niche. For example, focus on just Nintendo games. I need to narrow to a specific game this will not be very limited to make this niche profitable. Could you please advice me?

If you were to narrow down to just Nintendo games that would be too broad. It would be best to narrow it down to Nintendo Sports Games and then narrow down further to Nintendo Baseball Games.

Or it could be Nintendo Shooter Games. Narrow that down to Nintendo First Person Shooter Games and then Nintendo First Person Military Shooter Games.

These would be the best and more-narrow sub niche categories of Nintendo games to start out with.

Great information! i like your writing style. One question: I decided to choose Korean Movies/dramas as my niche. I feel it is pretty broad and I don't know how to narrow it down. Other examples of my hobbies are: photography, food, read romantic novels, speed walk, and buy custom fashion jewelry. However they are all broad. Any suggestions as to which one would profit me the most? Thanks!

Korean Dramas is huge! But, affiliate marketing from korean drama not so good, because we can watch it by you-tube. This is only my opinion anyway :)

Always go with a niche you know the most about. Never go with something strickly because it is profitable. If what you know the most happens to be profitable, go with it.

To narrow it down it could be like this.

Photography > Film or Digital > Lens
Food > Southern Style > Gluten Free
Romantic Novels > Specific Authors
Speed Walk > Running Shoes > Nike
Custom Fashion Jewelry > For Men

Thanks for your opinion Zoeccess, well I watch plenty of Korean Dramas and youtube is good if they show like a trailer of an upcoming drama/ movie or after the episodes were played.
However, if you are very interested in the most recent or popular shows without commercial interruptions you wouldn't mind to pay without ads on Viki or Hulu and become a member =D. I am just looking how to profit from it and grasp the right target.

Thank you so much for your helpful suggestions! I have a passion for all of them. It is great how you narrowed them down to very specific niches. That is an interesting one, the Custom Fashion Jewelry for "men". Usually they are not very into jewelry but I see your point. =) I will take notes on the other ones.

This might be a dumb question, but when using affiliate-based profits, you have to chose a niche that has products that you can sponsor/recommend? Otherwise it would just be a blog.
Like I was thinking about doing one on eating healthy in college, because it is something I am passionate about, but there isn't really specific products to promote, only healthy habits and such you can teach. So a better one would be camping or hiking, where you can talk about staying active but link products you recommend at the sane time?
No idea if I am making sense or not, sorry haha.

My suggestion for to have ideas of what product to promote in your website in your chosen niche is to look at other similar website that in the same niche or similar niche.

You can start to browse a few websites talking about healthy eating and see what they are promoting.

May be after that you could have ideas on what product to promote in your niche.

I think the camping and hiking niche would be better because there are many more products you can promote and you could also tie them into being healthy if you craft it well enough.

Hi Robert. I have already reached Course 2 of the training. I now have doubts on my niche choice. I chose the law of attraction niche but realize that i not an authority on that niche but rather a student of it.
I also am a health freak in that I eat healthy and do sport such cycling, running and gyming.
I am a HR Manager and love motivating people and assisting them to achieve success in their jobs and careers.
Three years ago i underwent a divorce and went through lots of pains. So dont know if divorce is a niche out there too
Given the above i am confused what niche i should enter. Your thought on the above please.

Picking a niche is a personal choice. Just pick the one you feel the most passionate about and know you can write a lot of content on.

I had 3 niches I wanted to do when I started. I picked the least favorable one first. I knew that my second website would be better then my first and wanted my most passionate one to be the best it could be.

Hi Robert, I will try to make this short. I really enjoyed your post on choosing a niche. I am an artist so I figured something to do with the arts would be my niche.

I looked at other affiliates who are artists and they cover everything from art supplies, how to paint and draw, techniques, art books, to selling their own work on their websites.

Then they have a few art supply companies that they are affiliates with and receive commissions from. It even states that they receive a small commission from them.

You say to narrow it down as much as possible to be successful at the beginning and then add to the website as time goes on.

Should I start out blogging about Paints or brushes for example, or do you consider this different than other niches? I don't know how much I could write about on just Paint or Brushes etc.

I'm just not sure what to do. I have changed my website a few times now.

Your feedback would be greatly appreciated,
Gary

You could promote solely wall art. There are affiliate programs that cater to all kinds of wall art.

Hi Robert, Thanks for that idea and I will check that out.
However I would like to stay within in my expertise which is painting in oils and watercolors.

If you read my question, I have checked out other artist websites who are affiliates for art supply companies and other art institutes.

In their websites, they teach painting, drawing, talk about supplies etc.
Would Art or Paining inparticular be a narrowed down niche and everything under it is ok? Some members say I should narrow it down to paints or brushes etc. for example.

I would like your expert opinion, I'm not sure what to do.

I really enjoy your training posts and have learned a lot. Just not sure about this one.

Regard,
Gary

Yes, you would need to narrow it down to something more specific within your expertise. Start by promoting the tools of your trade. Just art or painting is not narrow enough to start out with.

Hi Robert, I don't mean to be a pest but the other artists websites write about many things that have to do with art and painting. I will give you their sites if you'd like to take a look at them. This is where I get confused.

There is plenty of things you can write about on your website but you need to start as narrow as possible. Then when you run out of things to say about the chosen sub niche, then add another relevant sub niche to your website.

An affiliate website starts out narrow with a focused sub niche and ends up full of different sub niches. The websites you are looking at are websites that are well past the starting phase. This is why they have many sub niche articles. Your website will eventually be like that but not when you start.

Now if you want to do a website about watercolor and oil painting you could narrow that down to giving lessons and promote the paint and brushes used for such paintings. Then you could promote canvas, framing or even online art classes.

The point is start focused and build board.

Hi Robert,

Thanks so much for your help. I really do appreciate it. I have been battling with this since I started but keep getting different opinions and was confused when I saw those websites.

I started using them as examples to give me ideas of how to go about building a website.

You have made it clear now and I feel I can finally move on and get my website going in the right direction.

I just can't believe how many people there are here at WA like you who go out of there way to help. I didn't mean to be a pain but I've been reading your training posts and I knew you were someone I could turn to to get this right.

Thanks again for your help and I won't bother you again unless I really run into a snag. I will keep reading your training posts.

Much Regards,
Gary:)
