Niches

Must be:

• Evergreen
• Able to solve problems
• Not too big and not too small
• Something that you know about or are passionate about
• Have some good affiliate programs

Good money making niches:

• Health
• Wealth
• Self Help
• Romance/Love
• Hobbies

Keywords

keywords are the words and phrases that make it possible for people to find your site when undertaking internet searches. The key here is to:

1. Try and match the words that real life people would use to find information that they need
2. Try and match these searches to words that have high search numbers and low competition.

Good keywords have:

• Low competition – the fewer sites using the same keywords the better
• High Number of monthly searches undertaken – The higher the better as more people are looking for that information

Site domains should be:

• Relevant to your niche
• Based on keywords
• Short and easy to type
• Avoid grammatical issues such as double letters or hard to spell words.
