On this link you have Kyle's detailed tutorial on steps you need to do in order to properly setup Primary and Secondary DNS names within your Domain Registrar.

Kyle is showing you proper steps for GoDaddy.com, NameCheap.com and 1and1.com but if your domain is hosted somewhere else, all you need is to login to your Domain Registrar and in Domain settings page replace their Primary and Secondary DNS names with Wealthy Affiliate's which are:

  • Primary: ns1.mywahosting.com
  • Secondary: ns2.mywahosting.com



Important note is that after you changed those Primary and Secondary DNS, you'll need to wait a few hours for change to take effect. On some hosting services it can really take up to 24 hours but in most cases the new DNS settings are recognized at Wealthy Affiliate very quickly.


That's it! Now you've properly transferred YourDomain.com to Wealthy Affiliate and you can start building the best and fastest web page ever.

So, in order to use the free membership (I am going into this with the intention on getting a good start in the first seven days, then, going premium if the potential feels real during this time - don't worry, I am not expecting miracles, I just want to see potential), i can only use a site through the rubix software. I don't mind doing that, and I have already begun a domain this way, but I don't think this fact was clear when I was instructed to build my site. Oh well, c'est la vie. Hopefully I'll be registering it here shortly...
