2. Canva

With Canva, you can modify your images leveraging already designed templates that are geared for Pinterest. It’s ideal for pinning since the images are based on a 2:3 aspect ratio optimization.

There are a lot of staggering layouts that actually make the work easy even for a novice to come up with visually-engaging pins. The Canva interface is great and user-friendly and you can comfortably choose your favorite template while viewing the changes made on a given image.

You can choose from up to 17 filters and upload your own images. And there’s also a feature to easily add a caption at the very top or bottom of your images.

3. Pinalerts

As you get notified by Pinalerts when a user pins a piece of content from your blog, you’ll also get notified when a user re-pins any of your designed images. Always ensure to upload visually-appealing images on your account so followers can willfully share those photos on Pinterest.

Pinalerts will help you keep track of your site and that of your rivals, to help find out if users actually pinned some content. This feature is instrumental in letting you know the most recent viral content and get new people following you on Pinterest.

Pinalerts is a tool that’s completely free for all users. The only requirement to start using it is to create a free account. Once you’re done creating an account, simply click on the “Add” button to get your website(s) added. This tool will also enable you to control the rate at which you receive notifications so as to prevent your message inbox from littering.

Hi Israel, thank you for this great post!
Most of my traffic comes from Pinterest on my first website. What I don't understand I don't get any traffic from Pinterest on the second website. How this could be possible? It's about fitness, which is quite popular on Pinterest and it's 5 months that I pin and repin and post, and nothing, not even one click:(
Do you have any idea why this is happening?
