Position Section:
You can flexibly set up the ads positioning them either on the beginning, middle or end of the post. You can use the more tag a WordPress function which allows you to create a break basically in the content blog where you want it to be. The more tag is useful in multiple functions, and you can also use it in quick ad sense plugin.
You can put the ad after a particular paragraph, run random ads. There is a lot of control in the quick ad sense settings.
In this case, we have chosen to put the first ad after Paragraph 1
Appearance Section:
You manage how ads show on your pages and posts if you activate by checking the post and pages box here. If you deactivate say the page box by unchecking it, then no ad will run on your pages at all. You can manage the Homepage, Categories, Archives, Tags; Place all possible Ads on these pages; Disable Ads Widget on Homepage; or Hide Ads when the user is logging into WordPress.
In this case, we have activated the pages and posts.
Quick-Tag Section:
You can insert tags into a post via this additional buttons at the HTML Edit post sub panel.
