Employers know what i mean

A source of peace and contentment


It also leads to greater commitment


Not much can go wrong

All is taken care of


Better protect those people

Never let them go

I guess there is good and bad in serious. I love the idea of focus, but I'm not a fan of "not joking" and "critical." I think it's healthier and better to add warmth and love to every moment, if you can.
