Most people work on a laptop or desktop without the added luxury of having an extra display. This will no longer be an issue for you, providing you don’t mind looking at two smaller sized screens on your PC.

Before we begin, let me show you show you the outcome of our goal.

Now, I will show you two ways to do this and you can decide which you will be using after this training. Have fun!

Method 1

Animated demonstration

Step 1: - Have at least two programs (windows) open

  1. Browser
  2. Word document

Step 2: - Using your mouse click & hold the Title Bar

Step 3: - Drag window to the extreme right of the screen. It will snap into place

Step 4: - Do the same for the other window of your choice and drag to the left

Step 5: - To adjust the screen-size ratio, hover mouse over the dividing line separating the screens. A black bar will appear. Click and drag in either direction to resize.

Tada!

Click "Next" to see another way to do this.
