You will now see several choices you can use as filters on your browser.
Choose the one that fits what you are looking for. I usually set it to "free to use, share or modify, even commercially" and you now have a custom filter setting for your image search. In other words, the images Chrome will display on the next search will be free to use. :)
This is a setting you will need to check every time you do a search for free images as I do believe it defaults back to the not filtered by license setting after you do a search.
Pretty cool tip for easy searching.
