One of the most common terms you’ll ever hear and read when you build a website or dedicate yourself to affiliate marketing is SEO and SEMRush is an important SEO tool.
SEO is an elegant term to make sure people can find your website. Since most online experiences start with a search engine, it is absolutely crucial to see that your site is at the top of the search engine results pages. This is where a good SEO strategy comes into play.
This made me wonder if there was an “SEO niche” and, if so, it would be profitable to promote SEO affiliate programs.
SEO Affiliate Programs: Is it worth the effort?
The amount of revenue generated by the SEO industry each year is terrific, The SEO industry was valued at more than 16 billion dollars in 2010. That is not surprising because more and more online companies realized the great impact SEO has on sales.
It was reported in 2016 that the SEO industry had a value of US $ 65B, and is expected to maintain, if not exceed, its current net worth. It was stated in a study that companies were expected to spend approximately up to that amount in 2016.
A fall in SEO expenses was predicted for this year and beyond, but SEO will remain a multi-million dollar industry. You can have a website or a blog focused solely on SEO and their affiliate programs.
Promoting SEO affiliate programs through an unrelated niche website goes against what I have constantly preached; you must promote related products or products that are in the same niche to get effective results.
However, you don't have to promote these SEO affiliate offers on your affiliate product list for your chosen niche market. You would be promoting them in addition to others.
At the very least, you can have a publication that details how you built the website and includes your resources with links (affiliate links!). So, your readers can get the same or a small banner in the sidebar that says "Do you want to drive organic traffic to your blog?"
