TRANSLATION:

There are skills listed here that you can pick and choose according to your natural inclinations, and you can do so inside of WA.

You can word towards and expand your skills best by working one skillset at a time.

Excel involves software use and learning of spreadsheet at an integrated data level most related to #'s, sales, and estimated projections of those sales. Just think data reports CEO's want.

Other qualifications expand the employee's ability to offer integrated reports showing results of various marketing actions.

Relational Data management involves identification of things that don't work in favor of building towards more efficient means (faster search engine results, ease of content use by consumers, and setting up the marketing system so that consumers can run an efficient department store search with Google to obtain valuable discount coupons).

Internet marketing is powerful ! Your goal when building an interactive website is to:

  • make it easy for consumers to click on links

  • read articles applying to products/services they're searching for

  • listen to helpful tips or take specific actions

  • order from the site quickly and easily

  • email campaigning works with the website to bring consumer needs to the forefront so they will want to purchase more

  • Google highly indexes and ranks sites that get steady inquiries and consistent traffic -- so they key to getting any site indexed well is to ask people to head to that site! Think in very simple terms.

Emails are the backbone of sales existing on the back end.

They form newsletter communications designed to reflect buyer's needs most so it is a major aspect of website and overall campaign design. This is true because customer lists are built here and managed better over time (called relational database marketing).

Database management simply means keeping the list up to date, engaged, active, and ordering.

Data mining involves finding keywords through Google search which pay well (and target buyers, not researchers early to a purchasing cycle). Read Carson's tutorials on how keywords work. Minded data from Google and other major search engines ensures consumers find precisely what they need and demand most... thereby improving happy shopping. Think in terms of what has to happen to stimulate repeat buying?

Evaluating and implementing other online objectives may mean monetizing the corporate site by putting actions in place that earn money on that site) -- Adsense, cost per action systems, filling out a survey, clicking on a link, acquiring daily but new opt-in's, asking consumers to participate in something. By keeping people involved, they come back.

E-commerce recommendations report research and website design results/email results/new findings related to that work. This may include searching for different ways improve existing accounts/sale enhancements (like redesigning a survey that makes better sense to the consumer).

May this tutorial offer key insights needed to effectively move forward.
