P3 Plugin Performance Profiler

Do you need to install this plugin?
It's totally optional, but if you have several plugins and you're the type of person who installs plugins left, right and center, then it's probably a good idea to at least give your site a quick scan with the P3 Profiler plugin.

If you'd like to checkout more details on this plugin you can visit http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/p3-profiler/
Or if you've installed the plugin it has a Help page that will answer almost all questions.

Why do I have so many plugins installed?
The site I show in the video I had for several years, during this time period I've install numerous plugins, many have been deleted, but some of them haven't and before I can remove them I need to figure out what effects or problems it's going to cause before I can remove them.

I don't have much experience with this plugin but I welcome any questions if you have any.

On a final note, if you liked this video don't forget to hit the Green Like button below and if you'd like to checkout more of my video tutorials visit: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/welshy/training

Edit: After creating the video I deactivated a few Jetpack features and other plugins, here is latest scan results:

Glad you made this, Rich had been asking me to make one for P3 for some time but I didn't know how to use it and couldn't find the time. You made a quality training and now I don't have to worry!

Thank you Welshy, I save almost everything you post. I'm trying to learn as much about Wordpress as I can. I have my own "Welshy-Wordpress" Folder on my desktop!

This is a cool plugin. I installed it after reading your blog post that day. I had a slow site, and it identified my big performance drainer. Unfortunately, it's a plugin I need, so I'll have to live with it. The most useful part for me was seeing how long it takes for the plugins to load.

5.5 Seconds! That must be a record! Lol

That's like the Jetpack plugin, I like it and want to continue to use it, but it's a resource HOG, after creating that video I went and deactivated several features of Jetpack that I don't use, plus removed a few other plugins. Plugin load time went down to 0.39
