How you will earn money?

There are many ways to make money online...1000's of different ways in fact! The problem is that people often get distracted by the "latest and greatest" product or service and they are never able to build a successful (and revenue generating) business.

Today we are going to run you through one of the most fundamental, yet the most powerful processes of generating revenue online. It is a proven technique, it is one that we use, and one that 10,000's of other WA members use. It is also the ultimate "making money" process that worked 5 years ago and it is going to work 5 years from now and will present as much opportunity in the massive online world as you like

Just one thing before you get into the MONEY "stuff"...

The making money part of your business won't happen quite yet. Before you earn money, you are going to first be focusing on creating your niche website (which will take place in the next two lessons) and the working to get traffic to your website. Without a website, without content, and without traffic, the MONEY doesn't happen.

So don't look at this like a race. You will reach success and a good deal of it, but before you build your own personal SKYSCRAPER of a business, you must first have a solid foundation to build it on. That is going to be our first goal within the Getting Started training. Cool?

Alright, let's continue on! :)

Below is a video walk-through of today's lesson and the process of "how to make money online". Just click the PLAY button to watch it!

DISCUSS THIS VIDEO HERE: How to Make Money Online - The Process Explained

Over the coming days you are going to be working through this process and by the end of this phase of the training you are going to have an awesome foundation in place that will lead you to much greater success.

You are going to have your own website in a niche of your choice. Once you have these things in place, you are going to be able to create as much success as you want online.

Task #1: Understand the Make Money Process

There are MANY different ways that you can earn money online and many different ways in which you can build an entire business. In the coming lessons we are going to be walking you through the following process (and the video above explains it):

View the Full Size Infographic Here

There are 2 billion people (the audience) online and these people are looking (searching) for things all the time. They are looking for information and to buy products. That is where you are going to come in with your website and help these "audiences" by offering them information about what they are looking. You will be "helping" these people and earning revenue in the process.

By Lesson 4 of this course you are going to have your very own website in place that you will use to connect with your chosen audience. You will have your very own piece of the internet and a platform to connect anyone that you want who browses the Internet.

Here is a tutorial walking you through 6 of the ways that you are going to be able to earn MONEY from your website...

Task #2: Create (Write Down) Your Financial Goals

You want to earn revenue right? That is great. In order to earn anything however, you need to have some goals in place.

In this task we want you to join in on a "money goals" discussion here at Wealthy Affiliate. You are going to be telling us what your goals are and going forward, we are going to be helping you achieve these very goals!

QUESTION #1: How much money would you be happy earning?

QUESTION #2: How much would you be ecstatic earning?

QUESTION #3: And how much TIME are you willing to invest to achieve these goals?

PLEASE make 100% sure that you do not skip this step and you revisit this post regularly when you are in need of some motivation. I can absolutely assure you that if you work hard at this and you are persistent towards these goals, you will achieve them. But ultimately it is UP TO YOU!

Join Discussion: What are your "money" goals?

In addition to this, it would be wonderful if you commented on at least TWO other people's goals they have posted within the "goals post".

The awesome part of the community here is that you can network with many other "like minded" people here at Wealthy Affiliate and this is a good way to get this rolling. Remember, this is a community and a very helpful and friendly one! :)

Do I have to upgrade to WA Premium membership the minute I joined the WA Starter plan? How is the Starter Paln different from Premium membership besides MORE coaching, MORE expert access, MORE training, MORE live classes, MORE keywords, MORE websites, MORE hosting, and MORE success? Can I evaluate my income potential by joining as WA affiliate before upgrading to Premiium?

Hi.
If you are new on Internet Marketing so joining WA and upgrade it's the best choice. A lot of information and tools that can help you.

But if you have already business income stream so you could gather information without any pressure to upgrade. But noted again that upgrading is best choice.

Hi Rei,
You ave asked:

"MORE coaching, MORE expert access, MORE training, MORE live classes, MORE keywords, MORE websites, MORE hosting, and MORE success? Can I evaluate my income potential by joining as WA affiliate before upgrading to Premium?"

The answer to all of these questions is yes. You also asked if you needed to upgrade to WA Premium the minute you joined. The answer to that question is no. You can remain a free member for as long as you like.

As you can see, there are many benefits to joining Premium, but the timing of when or if you join is entirely up to you.

Best regards,

Sounds like you have some very useful skills. You have joined up with an affiliate marketing group which provides training to allow you to do what you have described. It is up to you to follow the training, which is very good. Go to Get Started Here button and do the lessons.

So, I am already hosting a few sites through HostGator, but I really appreciate how easy it is to view your sites within the Site Manager of SiteRubix. As a Premium Member is it possible to add and view your own websites through SiteRubix if they’re hosted by a different platform?

No, unfortunately, only sites hosted through WA are able to be viewed via site comments and site feedback. However, there are places in the training where you are encouraged to post an article for comments and feedback.

I am intending to make a multi-lingual website. Is it possible to customize the affiliate banners as well? For example: let's say I sell hiking stuff for Amazon in English. Can I sell similar hiking stuff from a German or French hiking company (that has an affiliate program) through my website?
Appreciate any feedback on this query.
Reply
@RICH. Premium
I would focus on English first, as Amazon has OneLink which enables you to sell from the US, Canada and UK stores all with one link. You can always add in other languages later on, by creating subdomains.
Reply
feigner Premium
can you use the hreflang tag to customise your site for the various languages - you have different pages pulled up dependant on the language chosen.
you will need to do a lot of research into using it with your site
maybe research into underscores as a theme - totally customisable.
there maybe themes out there which pick up on the computers language and customise the theme content - if available - to give the visitor the best possible experience
just my thoughts - this may not be available
i know the hreflang is a way of setting the language and underscores is a basic theme customisable with css - but as for being able to customise the theme - don't know
so maybe you have a drop down box for choosing a different language - seen it done

good luck with your online journey

Yesterday, I asked the question via Live Chat about CPU. Someone mentioned that each website has 30GB or limited to 25%. Is that correct? I am aware of that the support team is supposed to answer this, but they did not answer my question a little bit long time. So is EACH website limited to 25% CPU -or- just all 50 websites together have limited of 25% CPU at once? I do not want to take a risk if this happens when my future website may be more than 25% CPU without my knowledge then the site would block anytime. Your answer would be appreciated. Thanks!

I did what I was asked to do through lesson 7. I'm not sure the content even just on my About Me page. I;m not very experienced writing anything let alone Quality Content. See, when I created content I just put down something out of my head. Believe me I've seen better. How do I get some feedback on what I have written on my site
Reply

Hi Steve, Don't worry about writing anything as what you did is the way to start, you can always refine it or add to it as you go on. Writing from your head is always best at all times as then is will be original and that is what Google and other search engines like.

If you want some feedback for it you can go and ask here: but remember the give and take on WA so do please volunteer to return the favour.

Hi, on the training video above there are 4 'Robot' boxes that are checked to avoid google indexing for the Privacy policy. On my page that I am editing there are only 2 'Robot' boxes.

There are also boxes for 'Disable on this page/post' and 'Disable Google analytics'. Should these be checked?

Hello all I'm hoping you might be able to help, I am single mum from the UK and uni student, iv spent hundreds on other affiliate educational platforms and feel no more confident about affiliate marketing let alone tech in itself. Do you think WA will provide me with the tools I need to start right from scratch? Thank you for your advice in advance.

Hi. I'm a mum of two and I currently live in Saudi Arabia. I can't speak for everybody who joins WA, but I can say for sure that not everyone who goes to university makes it and graduates with flying colours. Some people join WA and make it; others don't and give up.
I joined WA in 2014 as a free member, but gave up after 3 months to chase other goals. I came back in July 2016 and was more determined to succeed. I didn't hesitate to go premium and after one year, I'm glad I kept working at this. I was new to affiliate marketing when I started, but I've learnt a lot along the way and sure to learn more.
I hope you take the right decision.
Best of luck!

Hi guys, I have written my about me section for one of my websites. I have a technical question, I would like to include social media links in the about me section. Does anyone know how to add the plugin that correctly links to all social media versus having to input the actual name or social media site. Often on blog business websites, there is an icon . Please advise?

What theme are you using? You can do that with Thrive theme and content builder. I'm not sure about a plugin that you can specifically use to add social media buttons on a page. I hope someone can help with that because I'm curious too.
Can Social Icons by WPZOOM do the trick?
Reply
ssmith0116 Premium
Thats a good point. From marketing perspective gives more and creates more of a following and interest. For example my favorite bloggers, and you tubers I follow their social accounts because I just like their brands, tutorials, or whatever else I am interested in. Later could potentially use social media ads to generate leads and traffic, twitter for business, and Facebook.

Hi Pinz,
Thank you for the response, I am not sure what theme I am using but since we live in a digital world, I thought it made sense to setup a social site . Perhaps that is just my interest in marketing. Not sure, but will figure it out.

Thank you that makes more sense to me. More of a contact page then just here is my social go and take a look thing.
Reply

It's easy to check that. On your WordPress dashboard, click on Appearance then select Themes. The theme that you are currently using would show "Active" and "Customize".
As for the plugin social icons by WPZOOM, you can try it. The widget would show up on your homepage and posts, depending on where you place it. I'm not sure how you can place those social buttons on a specific page, though. I used WPZOOM on one of my sites (https://checkovulation.com/) and placed it at the side and foot of my website.

I have started to create the initial framework for my website. Since it is related to natural alternatives to treat illness it seems I will need to also add a FDA Disclaimer. In the same way that the Privacy Policy is essentially a cut and paste job, is this the same approach for the disclaimer?
Reply
Kyle Premium
Yeah, it would be the same sort of approach. You could fine a good FDA type disclaimer or you could have something in your footer that indicates that your advice should not replace a doctors advice.

Ultimately if people buy something though, the "product' should have the proper disclaimers.
Reply
Rbobejr1960 Premium
Yes as Kyle said you will need a good disclaimer, you can do a search for disclaimers in google and find examples you could use or use to make your own. like this one for example

I'm embarrassed to admit this....but....I got stuck on this silly technology thing with doing the Go Daddy website change over, even after posting over a month ago on this issue. I can't find my posts, either!

So, I let this block me from moving forward with my WA work. After reading all the posts below and elsewhere on doing a domain change-over, I'm a bit confused about whether it's best to transfer or redirect my 3 domain names with GD.I could really use some help to move forward.! :-)

Go Daddy is my domain registrar and hosting company.

So, some questions I'd love support with!!

To move past lesson 1:
1) Do I have to redirect or transfer my 3 Go Daddy domain names to WA before I can build my first website with my own domain names? Or can I build it then do the domain name shift?

2) My domains have been inactive for some time, so I don't have protection with GD. Is it best to transfer or point my domains here as I'm just starting out with my websites?

Will it cost me to transfer 3 domains? if so, is it best to redirect for now?
When would I transfer to WA?
Is it best to let my domains run out with GD, then repurchase them with WA?

Ahhh....thanks for any insight you can offer! I really do best by talking techie stuff out, not reading through. All about learning styles :-)

Relax, it all works little by little; just keep moving, since there's lots to learn here at WA. To help with your questions:
1) Do I have to redirect or transfer my 3 Go Daddy domain names to WA before I can build my first website with my own domain names? Or can I build it then
do the domain name shift?
You can build and then worry about definite domains later. Transfering is not critical if they are not active. If you have websites then you would need to move them to WA, which is a different process than transfering domains.
2) My domains have been inactive for some time, so I don't have protection with GD. Is it best to transfer or point my domains here as I'm just starting
out with my websites?
You can just point if you are set on keeping them until you find out how to implement all transfers.
Will it cost me to transfer 3 domains? if so, is it best to redirect for now?
You will have to purchase an additional year for each, but remember, transfering your domains is not avbsolutely necessary..
When would I transfer to WA?
Is it best to let my domains run out with GD, then repurchase them with WA?
You may not be able to repurchase the same domains, so if you really want them you can just transfer later. If it's not a great loss you can just let them go and come up with new ones when you're ready.
Hope that helps!

Hi EOPolini,

Thank you for such a detailed reply.
So, to recap:
I can start the creative process of building my website now.
I can just point my domain names to WA for now.
The domain names are up for renewal this Fall, but I can just keep them "perpetually" directed to WA, to avoid the one-year costs. Correct?

Again, thanks for your help! I appreciate you taking the time to help me sort things out.
Reply
EOPolini Premium
Hi, when they are up for renewal you would have to pay regardless, unless you have decided to let them go, in which case you shouldn't even use them here, but, if you intend to keep them and they are not tied to a website, then simply follow the lessons to create your first website with your own domain.
Again, if you decide to let them go just continue your training with free websites until you're ready for the next step.
In any case, you don't want to tackle more than one initially.
Best wishes!
Reply
Kksb0711 Premium
You CAN build it first and then do the domian shift. If you still have a GD account and have access to your domains then you should be able to transfer them.

It should not cost any money to do it, but I am not completely familiar with GD, so I am not sure if they would charge a fee. But they shouldn't.

You can transfer to WA whenever you want, but sooner is better. You could let your domains run out and then purchase them again, but then you run the risk of losing them to someone else.

When you login to your WA account you see on the list of programs on the left side bar then click on WA programs then it comes to your WA link on the upper left. Just above the list of affiliate programs and their cost. Highlight and copy your WA link
Then go to your content you wrote. Click the picture of the link on the above line where there are small stuff to help build your content body like paragraphs and spelling corrections etc. When you click that then it pop up a small box it says url then paste your WA link in that line or enter it manually. The second line says write a text. About your content. Let says you're promoting WA. Then you end your content by saying, join Wealthy Affiliate now then click submit at the right hand corner of the box. Then the text will get to your content. When people click on the text join WA now then it guide them to your WA link.
Well I'm still learning myself. Hope that helps. Good luck

2. I probably missed something or it is in the upcoming videos:
I understand the good keywords will drive traffic to your website,
and people read and buy things clicking on an affiliate link on your website. How do they get there? I mean the affiliate links in to your website? thank you

1. According to Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Languages_used_on_the_Internet) More than 50% of the internet is in English. You can attack the Hungarian language and probably dominate pretty well, but you will be trying to target a relatively small percentage of the internet.

2. You get the affiliate links by signing up for affiliate programs at merchant websites. If you google a product and add "+ Affiliate Program" you should find some good results.
Most of this kind of stuff is found in the 2nd and 3rd Training modules.

You try to use a single, relevant but different keyword for every page and post you create for your site. You put it in the title and first paragraph and write naturally around it. For example, one of your keywords for an orchid site might be "prune orchids", so for one post the title might be "How to prune orchids" and the first para might contain, "The best way to prune orchids is...". Hi Robert, in terms of what you are doing, having change something on your page you need to save it by 'Publishing' it which puts it onto the internet for all to see. Amongst, IT professionals this is what is termed as going 'Live'. I shouldn't worry too much about that as its just a term. Continue doing what the lessons tell you and you will ok.

Hi, I am still only on Lesson 1 but thought I should post my questions here since this is the related topic:

1. If I already have a domain name that I purchased which is also already being hosted by another company (Dreamhost), is there a way I can build that site here at WA? I had uploaded .css and .html files just to have a standing homepage for it, but I want to start from scratch using Wordpress, hopefully from what I learn here. Since I already paid for my site (domain) and already have a hosting company, I am still hoping I can do some sort of 'transfer' and build it here ... Or could I build it here but still keep it hosted on Dreamhost?

2. Once I put my own content on a site I build here, who owns that content? Would I own all the copyright to all of my original content on the site, or would WA own all or some of it?

THANKS!

Hi, Edit!

You can always re-direct the domain to point to a website you build in WA. You do that with the service where you purchased the domain. You can also transfer your domain to WA. If you become a premium member, you will not need DreamHost, because hosting is included in your membership.

If I understand you correctly, there is not any content on your site at DreamHost. If this is true, I would simply build your website on WA (SiteRubix). If you haven't tried the SiteRubix builder yet, I encourage you to try it. You can just play around with it to try it out, then delete it. You don't need to add any content. Just get the feel of the builder.

If your website on DreamHost is substantial, you can move it to WA when you're a premium member. I've moved two sites to WA. One was very large.

You own the content on your websites. If you build a site in WA and later decide you want to move it somewhere else, you can. WA does not own anything you create. You own your content with full copyrights as the creator. Most WordPress themes have a copyright icon in the footer of each page.

I hope I've answered your concerns. If not, try me again.

Gary

I just transferred mine from godaddy, just go to WA and copy NS (name server) and go to Dreamhost and paste them in place of theirs. I hope that will work for you. Then give it some time to transfer! If not ask WA for help inmoving nameservers! John

I think discovered something here I can actually do. Using my person passions to create revenue. Building my website will establish niches in the things I'm.passionate about. Writing is something I'm extremely good at. But I need the proper structure so I don't sound like I don't know what I'm talking about. I'm going to need help in learning how to convert my passions and writing flair into money for the kitty. I'm all ears

Any other MLMers have success with promoting online with this? I would love to know if any others are here with my company? That is my main intention. ( is it allowed to mention specific companies)
Does this program teach in attraction marketing?
Social media training?
I'm new here and my mind is blown... in a good way..lol

Hi, Angela. You are in the best place possible to learn more about the marketing end of things as an MLMers. I think everyone in MLM should learn how to market themselves first and become the expert to others about the products they offer. Attraction marketing is like relationship marketing. Just a new way of saying things. Attracting others to you is smart marketing and that you will learn here. I did MLM and doing the social media route was not working so I found WA after trying one too many others in my search. I wish you the very best and you will do just fine if you can stay focused on the training and just follow the steps.

Now I really, really need help. I've chosen my niche - Women over 50. I figured that could encompass whatever I choose to put in there from skin care to minor home repairs. However, when doing the updates according to the video, I'm at a mind block on what to put in the Home Title and Home Description. Normally I'm a good writer, it's that kick start that is stumbling me. Not that it matters now, but if anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated :)

I have only heard good things about WA but have to admit I wasn't successful at my first attempt several month's ago. Since then I read several incredible motivational books that helped me to focus on more specific goals I want to achieve. This became a turning point and I put into play recommended strategies such as writing a business plan using Mind Mapping and other techniques. I believe the WA forum, its support and related tools will enable me to turn these ideas into solid replicable business models that will provide abundant cash flows.

Wealthy Affiliate is not an MLM. The is a program that will teach you how to build a successful online business. And part of the lessons shows you how to get links from top companies such as Amazon and promote those products to earn commissions.

The work will be entirely up to you to do as will the training. If you are fast learner you will find things go quicker but it is still gonna take time for things outside of your control to make money.

Hi Anthony, what's being offered here is the tools, training and support to own your business promoting products and services for affiliate commissions. The cool part is you choose what to promote based on what you love to talk about. Cheers!

In that case I wouldn`t be seen as an expert would that be a problem?

I don't think that will be a problem as long as you spell out what your site is all about and what help it will offer to the visitors who stop by.

You may not be an expert, but your visitors will stand to benefit from the comments that other visitors leave behind. Also, from the subsequent discussions.

Well I just finished level 1 of the Online Entrepreneur Certification. I feel as though I've accomplished more in Appx.1 week here. Than I have in the last 4 months with other supposed online business sites. And let me be very emphatic here. A Whole Lot Less Money. Word to the wise or very naive like myself. If a site is promising you a fabulous income. And all you have to do is plug in and pay $xxxxx. Click out of that site as fast as you can. And don't look back. Come to Wealthy Affiliate.

So I'm having a bit of difficulty choosing my niche. I am a dyslexia specialist and really love it, but I already have a website for that. Should I use that, and build affiliate links, or will it look too unprofessional? Should I create an entirely new website devoted to it? Or should I go in a totally different direction ? I cloth diapered both of my children, so I have extensive experience with that. Opinions?

I would go in and learn all this stuff of a new one before messing around with a site you already own. Once you become educated in what you're doing here then make a decision on your other website.

As far as a niche you can pick anything you feel passionate about. It could be the same as your profession or be completely different. Whatever you want to spend the time researching and writing about to then promote will be a good direction.

Hi this is the about me page for this for my webpage. Can anyone give any tips or feed back on this.

Also once I have published the site. Will google index it in 2 weeks or is there more steps needed before the pages become live.?

Welcome to my webpage!.

We go through life with our ups and down from a smile to a frown. When everything is great we are calm and in a happy state, but when things go wrong and don’t turn out right. We chose to get angry and fight. We are told to follow a certain way, but when we start to question that’s not okay.

Looking back it was like this. Depending on your cultural background and society you are expected to do whatever everyone else is doing without questioning reason behind it.

I did the usual Maths, English and other subjects. I also learnt about communication at college, when I did business studies it help me with employment, but personally something was missing which I never learnt at school or which was self development.

I began to research this topic after I was taken advantage of my trusting nature by various family members and other people. Plus I had dreams like to become a film director in Hollywood, but I never reached it because I didn't know how to achieve it. Later I realized  before aiming big in life.
Learn and grow, become confident without becoming a big head. The changes starts within from your mind. There was one motivation speaker from India whose talk were in Hindi and he really opened my mind to many things like how do you open your mind and change for the better. His name is Sandeep Maheshwari. The good thing his seminars are free because he just want to help people as a charitable deed

Today I want to say that you should pat yourself on the back for taking the first step to self developing yourself coming to this page.  Please feel to comment below any questions or advice which we all can benefit from. The next step is a sumary of ideas to self develop and find the one that works for you or if you have any other ideas feel free to comment and share your idea.

Pls click the link for the next step.

I wouldn't recommend copy-and-pasting content from your site to WA or vice-versa, not only is against the rules (!) but if Google indexes this version here first, your site will be the one with the duplicate content. I'd delete this asap and provide a link to your site instead.
Reply
Rubyaq1 Premium
How do I delete this from here. Its my own work. I put this here as a feed back. Do I need to change the context etc.Anyway thanks for the tip. Beside unless I make mistake which are not to serious, that is how we learn right.

@RICH. Premium
No probs. just click on the small down arrow icon at the top right of your own comment to be able to edit or delete it. :)

When Google indexes content it ignores any site if it comes across that same content again, ie. only the first encounter counts. WA gets indexed incredibly quickly, so you want to avoid your About content being listed here at WA rather than on your own site!!

Hi all.
Can a keyword be changed once it is assigned? For example, I am targeting better eating through vegan/plant base lifestyle. If I choice vegan as a keyword I may lose out of potential traffic because the buzz word for vegan today is plant base. Or can I use both?

you are allowed to make changes. if the post or page isn't ranked then it's not really gonna do much damage. Also, you can just use the new keyword phrase for a new post rather than mess around and waste the other keyword which I assume was still a good one.

I wouldn't change it especially since it is your page title, or should be. When you change it after it has been indexed then it will change the slug. That will cause an error code on your website.

In my opinion, I would leave it and if you want to add another one, that's okay. You could reword your first paragraph and incorporate your additional keyword phrase.

I hope this helps

Blessings

Is there any software programs one could use that would be able to set up any social media account? Say if you put your profile and photos, which would be same stuff you'd use on all of the different sites? For lack of a better term, a social media account setter upper?

I haven't heard of any tool that enables you to join and set up multiple social media sites in one go.

There are many social media management tools out there to manage all of your social media accounts from one place, but they are meant to be used AFTER you have set up your profile at each social media site. ~Jude

I am debating on how to set up my website. I have a vision of a site that helps people with various injuries, from low back pain, muscle strains, sprains, tendinitis...., but was initially going to focus on low back pain. Should I have multiple websites for each type of injury, or will one site with multiple pages for those injuries suffice. I would love feedback!

I'm leaning towards going for the affiliate bootcamp, but I have a little block where I feel it would be wrong to try and teach others how to make money online before I have made a decent amount of cash online myself. You know, bought a boat and a Lamborghini, chartered a cruise ship for friends and family stuff like that! THEN I would have something to teach ;)

BUT I have read a whole lot on this subject over the years, so I think I could have something to offer anyways..

I have so many limiting beliefs holding me back, I could use a brainwash.
Reply
Well if you are knowledgeable about the topic, people would just be glad to hear or learn about it. Also, you can use the bootcamp itself as a way to showoff your knowledge about the topic and gain some affiliate revenue at the same time. Maybe write a book and then promote it using your bootcamp.

Hi everyone! I'm planning to use blogs as my primary web presence/reputation building. Still have a lot to learn about my niche, but wondering what's the fastest way to build a following:
1) post on paid blogging sites
2) post on social media w/links to my site
3) mixture of both or other?
thank you!

Hi Jim, what i would advise you to do is be patient and follow the lesson plan without deviation and all will become clear as you progress through it. If you start jumping ahead of yourself you will miss things and it will take you longer to get going. Before you start thinking about monetizing you need a niche website with content on it. Without that you are not going to sell anything.

I hope this helps.

You can get us to have a look at your website as you move through the training and progress with your website. But there aren't really any major mistakes that you can make and the training is going to walk you through the build out process of your website in bite sized piedes. :)

Hi Steve, when you have done a change to any of your pages you first click on update that will publish the new info to the internet. Then if you want to check over the results of the change you click on the Preview button which opens a tab in your browser and you can see the affects of the change that you have done.

If you are happy with the results but would like someone to check it out and give you feedback on it just create a comment with your pages address in it.

I hope this helps

Fyi choose a topic or area that you enjoy writing and talking about or an area that you dont mind researching to write or talk about. Then you bring your products and services that are associated with the content. I dont think there is a million dollar niche only a million dollar execution. The effort you put in to marketing your nich will determine if its a hero or zero. If hustling Coach hand bags is popular right now and you think having s site doing affiliates is enough its not going to work. You syill need to be in the search engine rankings. Sometimes your niche may be for long term sometimez it may be just to ride the wave on a new trend. Best wishes. Folliw me if you need tips, advice or want to watch me on my journey.
