Why did I create this video when we have so many out there? Because it is awesome being me!!
I do realise any amount of useful information in this area is still less for a hungry mind looking for getting started in a niche or hunting for new ideas.
I hope to add some food for thought there, based on what I learnt.
Three things:
1. You should get started, this is important. Same product may be bought from you, because it is “YOU”. If there is competition, it is a great news.
2. Your abilities are unique. Believe in them and nurture them. You can bring this to any niche and help first to get paid next.
3. Niches can be combined, cross pollination of niche is a new way of looking at things.
Awesome being you is a nice way to start and you are a walking Niche by yourself!

Also, yes competition is a good thing - if there is no competition, perhaps no-one wants the product or service! Competition tells you there is a market!
My niche was decided from actually seeing a bit of competition in that area - I was passionate about the subject of parenting but wasn't sure where to focus then I found the internet safety area. There is competition - but I realised this mattered to me and I could add to it. It was also pretty specific! I have become more and more passionate about this area as I have researched more and written more about the area!
Love the ideas - they really demonstrate how to narrow your niche to an area that will help you to be more successful!
