In the beginning
The idea for outsourcing appeared circa 1980. At the time, it was a merely a dream, with many flaws. The logic behind outsourcing is to send high-cost labor intensive jobs to emerging market countries where salaries are a slim fraction of what they are here. The result is completion of your project for as little as 1/10th of the initial cost!

HOW IT RELATES TO US:
We've all heard about the police auto auction websites and affiliate programs.
We've all read the completely UNREALISTIC headlines... "I got my Ferrari for $1,000! You can get one too!"
But how would you like to actually receive these SUPER-SIZED discounts? Physically impossible, right?

When you outsource a project, expect a savings of
50-75% compared to if it was completed domestically!

The year is 2008
And our world is becoming more and more flat every day. Not in a literal sense, but metaphorically speaking of course. For those of you who have an interest in our global economy, you might have read The World Is Flat: A Brief History of the Twenty-First Century by Thomas L. Friedman.

I had the pleasure of reading Friedman's book last year in one of my classes, AP Human Geography (I'm still in high school unfortunately). The book talks all about outsourcing and globalization in the 21st century. The main concept behind The World Is Flat is as follows:

We as a global society are moving towards a completely "level playing field" in terms of commerce and competition. In the years to come, we will see big competitors/countries/entities slowly diminish and smaller competitors/countries/entities slowly grow. Ultimately, they will meet in the middle - a socioeconomic equilibrium, so to speak.

- You can quote me on that. I think it has a catchy vibe to it, haha.
=]

Getting back on track: The catalyst for this movement? Outsourcing.

I'm going to show you how to utilize
outsourcing to transform your downtime into a
MASSIVE AMOUNT OF PROFITS!

Let's move along...

Nice work Drew...You're quite mature for a high-schooler. =) I think it'd be great to give some examples of WHAT WA members could outsource: everything from keyword research to graphics to review copy.
