Hi there and thank you for visiting Shawn's Tutorials!

Today I am going to be showing you how to use the "more" feature on your Word Press site to display multiple posts on your blog page.

This will work where ever you have your blog page displayed. Be it your front page or deeper in your site.

Now many of you may never have heard of this feature, and it is one of the better kept secrets around Word Press, so I hope to shed some light on this topic.

I like this feature and use it on my sites.

To better understand what I am talking about take a look at the screen shot below:

This is a shot of my blog page, and it displays my last 5 blog posts, but not all of each post.

It displays a part of each blog post and at the bottom of each post is a "Read More" tab. By clicking on that tab the viewer will be taken to that particular blog in full format.

Now, the fun part. How to make that tab appear!

Lets get started!

Great tutorial Shawn! You can also insert the More tag in the Visual editor. It's the 2nd button over to the left of the Show/Hide Kitchen Sink button.

Awesome, glad I could help. :) I too love this place! It's like Facebook on steroids, except everyone thinks like I do and has similar goals. What a concept!
