Staged.com is another powerful tool for growing a and managing a Twitter account.

With a free account at Staged.com:

1. I can "unfollow" up to 200 non-following Twitter accounts per day. Then I can do a targeted search for Twitter accounts and "follow" up to 200 active and relevant accounts.
2. I can automate my tweets, presetting up to 10 at a time.

You're only allowed to link one Twitter handle with a free account at Staged, so choose carefully which Twitter account you want to promote with Staged.
