How to add a mouse hover over text when you are using the classic editor

1. For the classic editor you need a plugin

2. I have this plugin on all my websites, because I like to enter and edit the HTML

3. Here you enter the text tab in the classic editor

4. Find the word or character you want to link the mouse hover text to.

5. Change the "This text will display on your website when you hover over a character or word" into your own text, and replace the [3] into any character or word you like.
