As a WA affiliate you have the ability to create follow-up messages to your referrals. This can have a positive impact on your campaigns as you will be able to directly help and make your referrals feel well supported within the community.
Here is an example as to what I am referring to:
With every referral, you will be able to connect with them 60 minutes after they join (by posting a message directly on their wall). This is a perfect opportunity to introduce yourself to them, offer some initial advice and help, and also can be an excellent opportunity to offer a bonus if they do decide to join within the first 7 days (the discount period).
Then you will be able to touch base with your referrals 3 days after they join. This 2nd message is broken up into two different types of users, those that have set-up their account (Second Follow-Up) and those that have not (Account Set-up Reminder).
Here are example messages that you can send these people (make these your "own" obviously).
Second Follow-Up Example:
Just thought I would check in and see how things are going with you! I hope all is well and you are enjoying yourself here within the community.
I hope you are enjoying the training and making some wonderful progress! Please do touch base with me if you ever need a hand with anything or are feeling stuck, I am here to help. :)
Account Set-up Reminder Example:
Hey, just wanted to pop back and see how you are doing. I noticed that you haven't quite set-up your account yet, just wanted to let you know there is a video on how to do this if there is any confusion.
Setting up your account will lead to much better help here within the community as people feel like they can connect with you better (with an image and a description)
