Why community

Social media is great way to network with your customers and building your community. Your community is your people who listen, trust and follow you...it is a gift that you must exept if you want to make money inbound marketing way. Remember one thing: "It is all about them, not about you or your products" Let your customers in your community know that they are more important to you than your products or services that you provide!
You can do it by listening them closely and always try to provide help or solution to their problems. Even angry customers are "gold" to you:) How? If they post a mad comment or ask questions in not very polite tone, then it is a sign that someone has failed them, but you can be smarter by providing to him/her help and nice words. Always try to help and they will think: "ahaa, this person is smart and do not yell at me, hmm... he/she helped me a lot...means, I will come back here next time for more help..." Believe me, he/she talks about that positive experience to others too-thats the way it goes:)

How to find your community?

1) Search in places where are people who might need your help and make yourself heard in there.
2) Determine things that they want and what topics they are interested in.
3) Introduce yourself and invite them to communicate with you
4) Ask them about their dreams, hopes, problems goals and share yours
