NOTE: Have just noticed on my newest TEST website, when uploading an image I get NO prompt and I see NO image, BUT after waiting a bit, I then refresh my browser, and VOILA! my image shows in the Media Library. Work around quirks. :-)

Let´s say that I am doing a review of a certain product, I will need an image with text within it. Now suppose that I upload an image from WA library: how to make changes and include a visible text within?

If I understand you correctly Emmanuel, then you can find lots of great tutorials here on WA (see screen print below) on ways to create these types of images for yourself. That way, you won't need "others" images at all.
