UPDATED FOR 1000 WORD MINIMUM
Writing content that ranks and converts is one of the greatest challenges for new online marketers. I struggled with it for many months before I finally got confident enough to really produce content that I was happy with.
The main things that helped me improve my writing was to practice. Lots of what I produced back in the day was very mediocre, but you can’t achieve a 5-minute mile without running plenty of 8-minute miles, right?
Many new affiliate marketers people are completely lost when it comes to how to write a basic article for their webiste. I agree. It was tough for me when I got started as well.
So today I want to teach you the very basic foundation of how I learned to write, and how you can write a 500 word article relatively easily. The minimum word count for the content you post to your website should be 1000 words, so just double what this training shows.
The great part about this method of writing for newbies is that it gives you a clear set of parameters, so you don’t have to focus too much on “being creative”.
Sometimes when I look at other websites, in my niche area I see great looking websites with great content, then I say to myself," I can't write like that" This lesson is very helpful, I don't have to be a great writer just good enough to give pertinent information to visitors.
I personally use a free-writing exercise: A Free-Writing Exercise To Unleash Your Creativity It's a great way to unleash one's creativity for sure. I always recommend it to people who have writer's block :)

It is simple, straight to the point and takes away the fear that comes with writing.
I can relate to this as a language teacher. Whenever I tell my students that we are writing a 500 word essay their first reaction is 'What on earth shall we do to have 500 words!"
But by the time I start breaking the process down, they realize it possible. Strange enough the end result is always amazing. That is holding them down to 500 words and not more. When they find the topic interesting, they always want go beyond that.
