Now that you have activated the Advanced settings pages you will have more options under your Yoast SEO box.

Click on 'XML Sitemaps', this will open a new page. You will see that the XML sitemap is disabled. Click on 'Enable' then 'Save Settings'.

You can click on the XML Sitemap to view the states but these are not the URLs that you will be submitting to Google.
