Great training Trish! This is something EVERY member at WA should do because you do not have to be actively promoting WA to get a referral.
WA members should want to make sure that unexpected referral is properly greeted and guided to take the next steps. Not doing so can make that referral not engage.
I like the format you use for your training tutorials. It looks quite similar to a template used by a really really good and close acquaintance I know. :-)
