How To Remove Yourself From a Twitter List!
Go to your twitter page:
1. Click on your notification tab on the top of your screen
2. Click on the Twitter list that you have been listed on (you can see a little Grey/Black icon in front of it, looks like a list) You might have to scroll down to find your list.
It will take you to that users page and you can see the list.
3. Now Click on the user/Twitterer that created that list (on the top left), it says "A public list by xxxxxxxx"
Now you will be on the screen of that user (like you would look up a user)
4. On the right of your screen you can see a menu list, click on that and a drop down menu opens, now you Click BLOCK user
The user is blocked it says
5. Click again on this menu list as under 4. and Click UNBLOCK
The user is unblocked now and you have been removed from their list.
When you go back to your notifications tab you will see the list is gone.
Your are done, congratulations you made it!

I don't have many following me yet, but at least I can keep track from now on. I will be checking out the lists and navigate according to your tutorial, taking notes until I know how to do this.

During my experience at the Twitter platform, I will update this tutorial accordingly if I find new and better ways how we can use Twitter to our advantage.
