Inside the new folder you just created make a file and call it index.php. Put the following code in the file.

header( 'Location: http://www.wealthyaffiliate.com?a_aid=56e3e525' ) ;
?>
Make sure there are no spaces in between the < ? php code or this won't work, I had to put spaces in there to get them to show up in this tutorial.
You can now direct people to your affiliate products and it looks like they are not even leaving your site. This is also known to increase affiliate sales and it make it look professional too.

I read Matt cutts article on this and also watched his video and basically what he is saying is don't make your links deceiving, like don't make it look like a site about food on Google's end and after you click on your link have it be a porn site. But as long as it is the same site it should be fine. The main purpose of this process is just to shorten your link and make it look better, rather than having a super long link.
