The Things that People Do Wrongly in Blogging
There are truly a lot of things that bloggers do while blogging and I simply categorize those things as horrible blogging mistakes because they cause a lot of demotion in people’s progress. Such mistakes include writing content once in a blue moon, leaving invaluable comments on blogs, failing to create bonds with other bloggers in the same niche, failing to write guest posts for authority bloggers and lots more.
Because these are most of the working strategies one needs to implement to really become successful in the online world, it follows that most veterans who cannot implement them, giving excuses end up quitting which is against the initial blogging goal.
Below is a list of those things some veteran bloggers do which hurt their blogging success so painfully:
- Misinterpretation of the expression “Content is king”: When it comes to ranking high in search results, content is king truly but what sort of content is being talked about here? Is it just a kind of write-up that you’ll only create for yourself but not for anyone else? Not at all! When we talk about the kind of content that helps you rank well in search engines, it’s such that can help to satisfy the readers’ appetites. It must be highly-informative and engaging.
- Low engagement on the part of some bloggers: How would you expect to move up speedily when you don’t really have a lot of time to engage your ideal target audience? How would you know that Google has a metric with which it ranks your content through the audience engagement you observe on your site and that on social media? Google does it and will surely continue to do as far as blogs continue to exist and people continue to search for informative content on the web.
