A member of my audience asked me this question, “Can I upload another person’s YouTube video content on my site without legal implications?” In this tutorial, I’ll show you exactly how you can legally upload other people’s YouTube video content on your personal website.

Of course, you should have known already that uploading someone else’s video material on your own website without seeking the owner’s permission first is illegal.

But I’m sure you are so eager to know you can legally upload another person’s YouTube video material without facing legal consequences.

Literally, using other people’s material without their prior consent, approval or permission can bring about a copyright assault on your own channel. And even in most cases, you can get banned from using the channel for life.

How to Legally Upload Other Users’ YouTube Videos

You can’t just go ahead and upload other users’ video content. However, there are certain YouTube videos that you can easily upload yet without facing a video copyright assault. These are featured as “Creative Commons”.
