If you're using the Amazon One Link for affiliate sales, it might be a little tricky to understand Amazon's directions. I made a quick video showing you where to put your one link code in your Wordpress Blog.

Hey Greg one more question.
Just added a new theme that had something after the "footer" part:

wp_footer();
?>
</body>
<div id="side-pane">
<div id="side-pane-inner"></div>
</div>
</html>
And when I tried to add amazon code, it doesn;t seem to be working. Any suggestions? (In other themes, there wasn't any other code after the "footer"> line).

I clicked on the link and I was directed to http://Amazon.com not http://Amazon.ca (I am in Canada).
Tried before html part - didn't work too :(
