first you shud apply for Google Adsense, and you will receive reply on ur mail, once you are approved Google will give you HTML codes for the ads you ask to have, where you will write what ads you want in what field and after that you will insert it into text widgets, enter ur widgets and you will have there a widget "text" will be written on it :) and put the text widget, drag and drop it into the box as shown on my picture, where you want your ad to appear :)
