Hi Chrys, this is a really professional and excellent video with some great reminders.Just one piece of "critical WA friend" feedback to help you improve even more. I can see you want to ensure the pauses are long enough to ensure all can follow. But there are a couple of moments where Christine and I think once with James where the pause is so long, I think you might lose some more impatient people, particularly if they have slow wifi. But heck, impatience is not something anybody can have with WA ! Patience is essential.

I will be looking out for the next videos.

Have a great day. I hope this helps.

Thank you Trevor, means a lot, and I really do appreciate the feedback :-) I have taken it all on board, and future videos in this series will contain fewer pauses, and they will also come with closed captions/subtitles. I'm also going to update this video as well with the feedback received :-)

I have just uploaded a newer version which is 18 seconds shorter, hopefully, these pauses aren't too long now :-) If you get a chance to watch it again, I would love to get your "Critical WA Friend" feedback again :-)

The video is it in a robotic voice? Sorry, I cant hear it without subtitles or closed captioned. The other training in text format is fine. I can read that.

Apologies Brenda, I usually add the script as well, I will get the script added tomorrow for you, as I'm off to bed now. The future videos with the actual meat of the tips I'll be suggesting, they will be subtitled. I'll try and get subtitles added to all of the sections as well.
