Now that you have clicked on build a website under premium services, the page you should be on is where you can build a website, and also log in to your word press account.
This is where you can build your website. You can build on a free domain or you can build it on a domain you own. Once you have built your website, on the same page, you click on the name of your website under admin login. Then Come back to this page and click on details to get your username and password. Now understand, if you change your password to your word press account, you new password will not be updated under the details of this page. So if you decide to change your password, make sure you remember it. Everytime you want to make changes to your website, this is the page you will always come to.

Great job on something we needed here. Note, you can also bookmark your admin page in your favorite place or put it on your desktop for quick access, but you will not have access to the details that are posted on your build websites tab.
