Go to your Jaaxy account then head over to site rank
Then type the keywords you found on your search console into the site rank search and type in your domain name.
See where you actually rank
Continue to work on SEO until you improve your search engine rankings to position 1.

I have some keywords and pages on Google Search Engine at listed positions, however I can not find them on Google. Do you know why this is?

This is also why I don't take to much stock in looking at search console keywords that I am looking for. A lot of them are not accurate, which is why using the Jaaxy keyword tool in conjunction with this will give you a more accurate idea for where you rank.
