Once you have the timestamps turned off, you can select the text and copy it (drag the cursor over the text from the top left, toward the bottom right). The box will scroll down. Once the entire transcript is highlighted, press Ctrl-C on a PC or Cmd-C on a Mac to copy it. Then paste it into Word (or a suitable text based editor) and tidy it up. The formatting will be retained from the transcription box, so depending on how long the video lasts, it could be a long job, but eventually you'll have a presentable document.
