Customer service begins when the customer sees your display and contacts you via your inbox and email.
You respond to the customer
The discussion begins and requirements and details are agreed on. The seller then creates an offer related to a price and if the customer places the order with the payment, the clock starts and the job begins. There is still room for further clarification but the time remains unchanged.
You deliver to the buyer
When you deliver, if the buyer is satisfied, he marks the job as complete and he rates your services. The payment is deposited into your account, net of a 20% commission paid to the platform.
You have made a sale and you will now rate the buyer.

Hello Joy thank you for your interesting tutorial. I have had dealings with Fiverr as a buyer. Some pretty good work has been completed by them.

Hi Yvonne. I actually started out as a buyer, but when I saw the benefits, I set up my 2 gigs and now function as both a buyer and seller. Yes they have done some good work ! Thanks for your comments. Wishing you success in everything you put your mind to.
