You do not need to be an artist, photographer or buy any expensive photo and graphics editing software to create your own images for your website. In this training I am going to give you a brief explanation of a free editor I have been using.
BE COOL, BE BOLD, BE FUNKY!
There is an online program I use that is super-easy and is designed for people who are straight up newbies. Another nice thing about this program, it is totally FREE to use! I encourage you to spend about 30 minutes when you have some time to check out all of the cool features. Personally even I do not know how to do half of what is available.
For the purpose of this brief introductory training, I will just focus on how I create images for my website. The examples I will use here is for an image I wanted to create for a widget on my website. The following are the steps I took.
- 1.I first went to Pixabay to get a free image to use and saved it on my computer (you can use your own image if you want).
- 2.I then went to the BeFunky website. https://www.befunky.com
- 3.At the top of the BeFunky home page, see above image, I clicked on the “Photo Editor” button.
