Find An Interesting Idea And Build On It.
Research your blog idea for at least 15 minutes to find other articles that cover that same topic. Find a unique angle that will make your post even better than any of those other articles. Reference the articles you found in your article as social proof that your idea is important. This is very important. You want people to believe you. Google likes that stuff!
Make Your Content Useful.
Give your readers detailed action steps that they need to take. Provide them with lots of examples and case studies to prove your points. They need to know that you are not making this stuff up. Show them exactly what they can achieve. Give them examples of how others have achieved success using the term “For example…”
Useful Content Is Shared More Than Anything Else-of course!
Make your content visually attractive. Pictures and infographics are great!
Write an introductory paragraph that will briefly tell people what’s in there. Use meaningful sub-headings. Use bulleted lists. I know that I've suggested this before but readers love it. Use one idea per paragraph. Users will skip over any additional ideas if they are not caught by the first few words in the paragraph. Use a lot of high-quality graphics. This will instantly boost your credibility. Use a lot of outbound links. This will show that you did a thorough research and know what you’re talking about. Use visuals to break up long areas of text to make your post easily readable.
