These are the messages that appear on a members profile and via PM's from their coach/referrer/sponsor and provide a level of personalisation to engage with your referrer based on specific actions and time durations.
This is especially useful to help encourage Starter Members to upgrade to Premium Members, along with providing any bonuses that you have promised them.

Hey Chrystopher, Wonderful and easy instructions, I'm abit confused as to when I use my name in the messages because every message I received was from "Kyle" and to be honest it was encouraging to be in communication with the Top Dog here at WA. I signed up to Premium within 2 days I believe.
I also do not have an auto responder yet or have set up a funnel.
Please advise

Apologies for the delay Sandra, not sure how I missed your message. I'm not quite sure what you are referring to here. Kyle sends his own messages to all new members, you can then setup your own campaign to send messages from yourself to your referrals. Could you please elaborate a little on your question if you still require assistance?

And created my first message campaign. I was hoping to set up some rules like Kyle did.

You're welcome George :-) and when you say rules, which section are you referring to? You can configure the time based on actions for each message, yes, but are you referring to some other rules?

Yes, that is possible, if you go to the second to last page in this training (Lesson 4) and scroll down to the last image, you will see that you have those options at the top of the message you enter. How To Create Messages For Your Campaign
