We are almost done.
Now, we are ready to create a custom shape for the picture.
To do this, go to the left toolbar and select 'Frames' , then'Shape Cut Outs'. By default, it will choose the circle, but you can choose whichever shape that you like.
- You can adjust the shape size using the slider in the left menu and the shape location using the '+' cursor on your image.
- Finally, here's how the profile picture looks like after applying the cut out.
- Now, it is time to save your new profile picture using theSave button at the top toolbar. Don't forget to use 'PNG' extension.
- Done, enjoy your new profile picture, upload it to your website and social media profiles.
BONUS IDEA:
Using exactly the same step, you can create a custom homepage / landing page with your picture in the background. I've created a mock up to show you how it can be done.
Of course, this mock up page needs some more editing to look more sophisticated. But the point is, it can be done!
In fact, we see a lot of online entrepreneurs doing this. Check out these few websites as examples: http://backlinko.com/, http://www.melyssagriffin.com/, http://neilpatel.com/.If you have any questions about this tutorial, feel free to leave a comment below. I'll try to answer as soon as possible.
