Before I get into the meat and potatoes of it, you'll need an HTML color codes chart so that you can figure out the actual color code you want to use on your website. The website tool I've used in the past can be found at http://html-color-codes.info/colors-from-image. The instructions can be seen in the example below. The really neat thing about this tool is that you can browse that image you liked in the previous tutorial page, put your cursor on the specific color that impressed you and click on it. The tool will determine the “Hex” value of that color code and display it in the bottom right. See the image below for an example.
