Blog Commenting
Several controversies have occurred as to whether or not blog commenting can be leveraged to build or generate backlinks.
Offering authentic, valuable, attention-grabbing, and relevant comments to other people’s blogs is the perfect way to build backlinks through blog commenting, not by trying to spam blogs with poops that turn a blog into a dung-hill. I don’t hesitate to trash such comments off my site. I don’t approve such poops as comments to appear on my site.
How do you ensure that you get quality backlinks from commenting on blogs? You get quality backlinks by offering comments to “Dofollow” niche-related blogs as well as creating threads and posts to “Dofollow” high PR online forums.
How should you write a valuable comment? A valuable comment must:
- Be 100% relevant to the content of the blog post
- Flesh out relevant points from the content
- Contain a minimum length of 50-150 words in at least 2-5 paragraphs
- Be attention-grabbing
- Be authentic
Note that when you’re offering comments to “Nofollow” blogs or posting threads to “Nofollow” online forums, such comments or threads will not count at all for building backlinks. You can only get referral traffic from such blogs/forums to your site.
I have a huge list of more than 700 Dofollow blogs/forums to leverage as far as building quality links is concerned, but spam is a No No at WA, remember!
