Note also that I use Active Campaign as my autoresponder and create all my pages using Thrive Architect, the drag and drop editor that is part of the Thrive Suite, and so have used both of these in the examples. You should be able to duplicate their functionality using other autoresponders and the WordPress block editor or some other third-party visual editor.
