I am using an easy to use plugin called WP Simple Anchors Links.
I am not going to walk you through the process of plugin installation, I think That you already know how to install a new plugin. You only have to add new/install plugin/activate plugin.
Once you install the plugin a small Anchor will show up. Just like shown on the image below.
There are Some "technical" stuff, but it is fairly easy to do. Actually very easy. It can a little bit boring, but you have nothing without some boring work. lol
As we do everything ourselves, it's very good to learn these techniques, so that we don't have to outsource. As Wealthy Affiliate Says
"Your Brain is capable of amazing things"
Once you see that small icon you can start.
As there is a requirement of four pages for tutorials and this tutorial is very short I am going to cut it here and see you on the third page.

Thank you. I was trying to find a way to link a post to a part of another page without all of the code because that is way above my head, this is great!

You're right, actually me too. I keep it to 50% not too much.
The only plugins I have are, All in one SEO, Spam Shield, W3 super cache, Social Media plugin and Simple Anchor Links.
I know that installing plugins can slow down our websites, but they are pretty good to have as well. We are in a real dilemma lol
To install? or not to install? that is the question.

Thank you Jason, two days ago I didn't know how to add them without adding a ton of codes to the text editor of WordPress. Now I figured out how easy it can be, so I used them for the first time on my subdomain.
It is sure increases users experience, which is a good thing.
