Creating content is pretty much the same as creating headings. Move the cursor below the heading and you will see the three icons. Move the cursor along and click on the paragraph mark, insert you content and you should see this:

Click on Preview and you should see how your page will look so far:

Without using any formatting, this is how the page appears using Gutenberg defaults and my theme’s H1 and text font stylesheet settings, yours will obviously appear differently according to your theme.
