If you commercially profit from any copyrighted material without consent you might have to pay the owner compensation or give them all your profits and have your material taken off you.
If you are using any copyrighted material on your there are 5 things that could happen to you depending on the infringement.
- recieve a polite letter or e-mail asking you to take off your website.
- Get a notice demanding that you take down the material immediately!
- Your internet provider might have already taken the material or content down.
- Recieve more than $100,000 fine for each piece of material that is in breach of that infringement.
- OR JAIL!!!
SO WHY RISK IT???

What if we get images for our post from Google? Can we use Google images or would that come under copyright infringement?

Yes, that can be a major disaster for your business. Even simple stuff like images. That is what make this community awesome, you can ask and do your due diligence before plublishing. Thanks for the reminder.
