Some one who says something along the lines of the title to themselves has the third and final ingredient for taking successful action.
That is initiative.
Someone who still has to be told to do stuff "for your own good", or in a set order, or in a specific way does not have initiative.
Someone who is independent and responsible for their own knowledge, who goes and does their own research, who keeps on asking questions and bucks the trend... they have initiative.
But they can't have initiative if they had no interest in it in the first place.
They couldn't have been interested in the first place if they had no reason to undertake a specific action.
That is initiative.

Funny how most of us were really exited when we were purchasing the membership and a week later some of are thinking "what have I gotten myself into?". We forget the reason we set out on this mission. I find it is getting easier with time and perseverence. I'm starting to see the big picture and how it all goes together. Thanks for reminding me/us what were doing here.... trying to change my life.
