Execution could be overwhelming and intimidating if you approach it all at once. However, if you are able to visualise and articulate where you want to go and who you want to be, it becomes easier to break it down into little steps.
If your mindset is that you have to walk a thousand miles, you will be defeating yourself before you start.
Rather, if you change your approach to a first single step, count how many you can do in a day and then determine how many days it will take you to walk a thousand miles, it becomes more palatable.
This approach also gives you a plan that is:
- Specific
- Measurable
- Achievable
- Relevant and,
- Time-Bound
In other words, your execution becomes S M A R T and motivating.

Some time I was talking to the person that feel comfort with, and saying things over of the edges. But after a while I think back I was so embarrassing. I never turn myself down or put myself on the very top positions.
To be Success in business I alway have a second thought. Cassi, thank you so much for you efforts, every of your pages that I've read was an awesome detail for me to carry on.

Thank you so much. I needed to here that its been quite an emotional journey for the family and i running from hurricanes and tropical storms. no internet or wifi for almost 4 months lost 80 percent of our belongings. Glad to be back around positive, encouraging awesome people again at WA.

Thanks so much for this, Cassi!
Setting my goals was real ok, getting the time right needed I had to work on ( and still working on) this training will help me a lot. Finding my way breaking down into little steps I finally got done. Was a journey to find my way to do it though, first used an online calendar, did not work for me, now I divide my daily time available in blocks of 30 min , with breaks of 5 min in between on paper ,hanging on my pc.
One thing learned from Jim Rohn (and his "student" Tony Robbins of which I am a huge fan too) is thinking and speaking in positive ways. It was(and is) also a pleasant surprise to hear from my colleagues at my day job that I changed for the better :-)
All the best,
Luc

Very well done Cassi! Where to start. I liked the way you used the flow charts in your presentation, that was an excellent way to get your point of view across. You're right, in everyday life, we tend to think and say things like I can't, or, I'm not, etc. Seemingly innocuous thoughts and words can foster negativity without us even realizing it. Thanks for bring up that one small, yet huge aspect of affirmation. Thanks for the new definition of Smart, I liked that bit. Keep up the good work my friend.
